1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the y88i Platform or clicking any "I Agree" or registration confirmation checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions form a binding contractual agreement between you and y88i.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with y88i's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by y88i.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. y88i may, at its discretion, notify registered players of material changes via the email address registered to their Account.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an Account with y88i, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate or legal entity.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not already hold an existing y88i Account (registered or previously closed).
• You are not located in, or acting on behalf of a person resident in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by y88i or any third-party responsible gaming programme to which y88i subscribes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a y88i employee.

3.2 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the y88i registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a contact phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 KYC Verification

y88i reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y88i Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. y88i will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify y88i customer support immediately via live chat. y88i will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account with y88i at any time. Where y88i identifies duplicate Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — y88i reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, apply bonus forfeiture, and in cases of deliberate circumvention, permanently ban the Player.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. y88i may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. You may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and contacting customer support.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

y88i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK QR, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Retail Cash OTC, and USDT. Available payment methods may vary based on your location, account verification status, and current platform integrations. y88i reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. y88i does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmation of receipt by y88i's payment processing systems, typically within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically feasible. Prior to processing a withdrawal, y88i may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals requested by players who have outstanding active bonus wagering requirements may be held pending fulfilment or forfeiture of bonus funds. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified within the Account cashier.

5.4 Processing Timeframes

y88i endeavours to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, subject to KYC clearance and payment provider processing times. y88i accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or events outside y88i's reasonable control.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the y88i Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. y88i is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on y88i are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless y88i determines, at its sole discretion, that the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.

6.2 Manifest Errors

y88i reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing or technical error, regardless of whether the bet has settled. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, odds that are clearly inconsistent with the fair market price at the time the bet was placed, or odds offered due to a system malfunction. y88i will not honour bets placed that exploit obvious errors.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. y88i reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits at its discretion, including for players identified as professional bettors or those whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational wagering.

6.4 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on y88i — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches — is governed by the specific cricket rules published within the sports section of the Platform. In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended or settled based on official scorecards provided by the relevant governing body. y88i uses official match data from recognised sports data providers to settle all cricket markets.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by y88i are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each individual promotion before opting in. The general terms in this section apply to all y88i bonuses unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to certain low-margin slots, table games at reduced bet contributions, or bets placed with odds below a stated minimum — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

y88i operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers; coordinating with other players to place offsetting bets; using automated software to exploit promotional structures; and any pattern of play that y88i's risk team identifies as systematically exploitative rather than recreational. Where bonus abuse is detected, y88i will void all associated bonus funds and may permanently close the Account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free bets carry an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of credit, unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y88i Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Account use.
• Attempting to open, or operating, more than one Account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account without their express written consent.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Communicating abusive, offensive, or threatening language to y88i staff or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the y88i Platform or its content.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the y88i Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of y88i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any y88i content without prior written permission from y88i.

10 Privacy & Data

y88i collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y88i will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of Services — for example, with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game suppliers — and only under contractual obligations of confidentiality.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y88i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

y88i makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. y88i shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, telecommunications interruptions, or force majeure events.

y88i's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Disclaimer: Gambling involves risk. y88i does not guarantee that you will win. Past betting outcomes are not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited to your Account and you accept that risk freely and voluntarily.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your y88i Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending withdrawal restrictions.

12.2 Termination by y88i

y88i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where y88i reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) continued Account operation poses a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk to y88i; or (c) you have engaged in any conduct that y88i deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other players.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by y88i — all outstanding bonus funds and associated free bets are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to any applicable restrictions. Where Account closure results from a breach of these Terms & Conditions by you, y88i reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

13 Responsible Gaming

y88i is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their betting activity responsibly. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools at any time through their Account settings or by contacting customer support:

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which y88i holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through y88i's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Where a complaint relates to a betting dispute, y88i's decision shall be guided by the applicable sports rules and independent data sources.
